Orders will be shipped once payment has been received, the carrier is NZ Post and will take 2-5 business days. This is a tracked service & I will send you a tracking number.

Returns policy

Please choose carefully as pottery may not be returned if you change your mind. I'm sure you'll love your new pottery though!

in the unlikely event that your order is damaged during transport, please contact me within 24hours and include photos. we can discuss either a replacement pot of equal value or a refund.

Care of your pottery

All pots have passed strict quality control measures and are of a high quality. However, please keep in mind that these are still delicate handmade items with glaze variations and organic marks made during their creation, this is part of their charm.

 

The clays used are either high fired stoneware or high fired porcelain, these can be used in the oven, however be mindful of using the matte glazed porcelain as the glaze may craze/ crack if exposed to a sudden change of temperature.

I also encourage the use of wooden or bamboo servers as opposed to metal, as sometimes metal can mark a matte glazed surface.

​

The pots are dishwasher safe, but as items can knock together during a wash, I would recommend hand washing to protect them.
